To initiate a claim under our 30-day program, please review our structured handling guidelines below:

  • Return Authorization: You must notify our tracking team by emailing agepogj@gmail.com to receive an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ticket and the correct designated processing center return shipping coordinate. Returns sent back without explicit alignment desk authorizations cannot be cross-referenced or processed.

  • Item Condition: For general safety reasons, products should be returned with all native technical componentry, charging cords, and protective multi-layer enclosures included in your original bundle package.

  • Return Shipping Logistics: Unless the item arrives with severe operational component defects or physical transport damage, customers are responsible for paying the direct cost of return shipping insurance paths. We highly advise deploying tracking numbers for returned shipments, as we cannot issue credit processing loops for packages lost in transit by carrier services.

  • Refund Processing: Once your authorized package arrives and passes structural configuration checks at our hub, a full credit processing loop will automatically deploy down to your initial payment method (Credit card, PayPal, Shopify Pay, etc.). Processing clearances usually populate inside your account statement ledger within 5–7 banking business days.

  • Delivery Milestones: Free standard delivery paths generally deliver shipments to residential or commercial locations within 5–9 domestic shipping business days. Tracking numbers generate automatically and route straight to your email profile the exact hour shipment items exit center facility bays.

  • Damaged Shipments: In the rare event your system bundle sustains structural housing damage during shipping, take photo validation files right away and transmit them over to agepogj@gmail.com within 72 hours of unboxing so we can express-ship a fresh replacement unit out to your address free of charge.
